Thinking about a omg check please time travel AU wherein Jack and Bitty are ringing in the new year in 2025 and then all the sudden wham bam it is Jack's senior year of high school.
Jack, well-adjusted and happy with his 2025 life, kind of has a freak out because holy shit was it a dream was Eric a figment of his desperate dreaming. Or if he is back in time how in the world is he going to pull Eric Bittle of all people again? He still doesn't even know how he pulled Eric the first time? He feels the world narrowing in a way it hasn't since the first time he'd been 18.
Then he gets a call and he's had the same phone number his entire life and if there's one phone number that he knows better than his own, it's the one on the screen.
It's Bitty saying that Jack doesn't know him but to PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TAKING HIS MEDS. Jack starts laughing and crying because thank god he's not alone,
Despite being in for the NHL draft he's like "NO I GOTTA GO TO SAMWELL TO GO MEET MY HUSBAND?" but says it slightly differently and less insane to his parents.
He gets into Samwell again and meets Shitty and Jack has about a thousand opinions on Shitty's freshman year.

Shitty also is convinced that Jack's 'Partner in Georgia' is fake and just a way for him to get out of anyone attempting to set him up with someone instead of focusing on Hockey. Then there's the introduction for the future freshman and Jack and Bitty see one another for the first time in this timeline and Shitty's like "You've gotta be shitting me he's real AND he's a dude?!" while Jack is spinning his husband around like some sappy romance movie.
