Sees the past and future of every person (and object touched by people) within her psychic range.

Range is city-wide when fully active, but she can focus on individuals even at extreme distances through “echoes.”

Lets her perfectly anticipate any action the instant before it happens → flawless combat reactions and social manipulation.

Her prescience extends months to years into the future, letting her set up “Ziz bombs”: people who will cause massive devastation long after she leaves.

2. Psychological / Emotional Manipulation

Actively amplifies and weaponizes pre-existing negative emotions (anger, jealousy, insecurity, dissatisfaction, etc.).

Can destabilize even well-managed mental or physical conditions (e.g., turning stable bulimia into a full relapse or worse).

Implants subtle compulsions, false memories, or triggers that only activate later.

3. Perceptual Blind-Spot / Misdirection

While people are distracted by the dramatic, horrifying things she makes them focus on, she operates freely in their perceptual blind spots (things they literally cannot notice or remember).

4. Tinker / Thinker Power Theft & Adaptation (Her Specialty)

If she spends time near any Thinker or Tinker, she can steal and adapt their knowledge, inventions, or ways of thinking from:

Their future

Alternate timeline forks where they developed different tech/ideas

The more Thinkers/Tinkers she has in range, and the longer she has them, the more creative and powerful her “looting” becomes.

Explicitly confirmed to have taken tech/ideas from:

Manton (Siberian’s creator)

Graham / Gramme (likely referring to a specific Tinker encounter)

Multiple Cauldron brushes

Tattletale (and by extension Coil’s timeline knowledge)

This is why she can invent entirely new devices or strategies on the fly that no single human Tinker could match.

5. Telekinesis (Brute / Shaker – Massive Scale)

Can lift and manipulate millions of tons of material simultaneously (buildings, vehicles, people, debris).

Creates invisible force fields, barriers, and fine manipulation at atomic levels.

Used both for raw destruction and for incredibly precise, invisible work.

6. The Scream / Psychic Song (Master / Stranger)

Emits a continuous psychic “song” that drives people insane over time.

Can trigger latent parahuman powers in non-capes or force existing capes to second-trigger under controlled conditions.

Causes memory loss, false memories, compulsive behavior, and long-term mental degradation.

7. Endbringer Physiology

Near-invulnerable core (only Scion/Eden-level attacks can truly harm her).

Self-repairs and adapts mid-fight.

Flight at hypersonic speeds.

Does not need to “eat” or breathe; exists purely as a weapon.

8. Ultimate Precog Supremacy

She is the single most powerful precog on the planet (only Scion and Eden are explicitly stronger; Contessa’s Path to Victory is still beatable by her because Simurgh sees the paths themselves and plans around them).

Any plan made to counter her has almost certainly already been foreseen and accounted for years in advance.
