In episode 17, Alfie goes over a list of Neige's many, many strong opinions on things. The list of things he hates (mostly in Alfie's house) includes:

- The smell of the fabric softener

- The colour of the cabinets

- The texture of the carpet

- The texture of the bathmat

- The sound of the shower curtain

- The way the pull for the light in the bathroom clinks against the wall when you walk past it

- Polyester

The complete list Alfie gives for things Neige unambiguously likes is as follows:

- The song "like a prayer" by madonna (which he played on repeat in the previous episode).

He frequently takes people at their word, even when it's obvious to third parties that they're lying. He also occasionally misunderstands idioms and turns of phrase.
