yuvans primary stats lean combat & mobility with a bit of intellect, mavs stats lean intellect and charisma with a bit of mobility.

mav & yuvan have synergy. Obviously

yuvan also works really well with sonar or malevola because they can both see easily in the dark theres no downsides to the teamup. likewise i think punch up is entirely immune to mavs powers, golem too probably (at least the spider venom part they can still smell their fear)

mav and flambae do Not get along on account of yes fire + spiders = bad but i do think flambae is also just genuinely freaked out by them but wont admit this. so mav fucks w him and he burns the spiders and its an endless cycle

yuvan got put with the phoenix program on court order after some shit went down with his shadow running amok since its clear he needs smth where he can get better control of it.

hes still a broody little anarchist asshole tho who would haaaaaate anything like sdn and prolly scoffs at most corpo heroes so hes prolly annoying to deal with as a dispatcher

mav never was technically a villain but they tried to be a vigilante/superhero on their own and freaked everyone out in the process it didnt go well. yuvan vouched for them for the phoenix program since its clear they wanna help but ykno. talk about having a villain power ig

mav is however. a huge instigator they love starting drama in the team when theyre bored

debating if the band exists in this au...i feel like the team fills a similar role but...hm... maybe mav rly wants to start one and keeps asking the other members about it. i feel like malevolas down... prism is in a fully diff kinda scene but i think her and mav can talk music production. maybe visi and golem get roped in eventually who knooooows. maybe if phenomeman is added he fills the last slot because he needs something creatively fulfilling and i think some kinda alt music could be a good outlet for him

yuvans still a music snob but in an alt way so him and prism butt heads on this a lot. works too w their powers kinda being the opposite of each other but theyre not outright rivals or nothin. in fact getting yourself involved in their back n forth is a great way to have them team up against you lol. both of them can be mean as hell

dont really need to do shippy stuff but im going to anyways. i think mav and malevola have. Something going on idt its clear to anyone What exactly. but mavs everything prolly doesnt bother her bein from hell and all. i do think bc of mavs deal and malevola being a demon everyone assumes theyre way freakier than they are but theyre pretty chill and domestic half the time

How well does your character take advice given to them?

i think yuvan considers it more than people realize cuz his default response is basically oh fuck off cuz he doesnt like being told what to do (which advice isnt technically that but who said he has a healthy outlook on this sort of thing ig). the amount of times yuvan has gotten advice he realizes is pretty sound so its just like. person: you should try x yuvan: fuck you who asked (immediately follows advice) person: ????? Okay (Granted if he doesnt like the person giving advice he might go against it out of spite even if it is an active detriment to him because he has a petty rebellious streak)

i think verano listens to most advice but will usually have already come to a decision before its given and its hard to shake him from it. like he'll hear you out and be like. Anyways here's what we're doing. you gotta have that max speech skill to get it through to him or be like one of like 4-5 specific people whos judgement he trusts. (merrill, sten, alistair circumstantially, morrigan circumstantially. that might be it. And zevran but i think zev gives him serious advice fairly infrequently its mostly fuckshit cuz he knows veranos mind is set and will usually roll with it) (i find it kinda funny kinda sad to think about the fact that merrill is the one person who the hero of ferelden will listen to pretty much above all else in comparison to how shes treated by the da2 crew. the story would be so different if mahariel was here)

How does your character feel about formal events and the dress code that comes with it? Do they like socializing at these kinds of events and getting to dress up or are they the opposite?

Cillian: not a fan of fancy stuffy dress codes but used to them. he'll deal. thing is he knows the rules well enough to push and prod them pretty consistently nowadays but when he was younger he and his twin brother probably would compete to see who could get kicked out of an event faster. now tho he tries to play the game just enough to ruffle feathers without pushing the envelope Too much. just enough to make em sqirm

Yuvan: hates it. hates the event. Hates the people. hates the dresscode. wants nothing to do with any of this. I have no clue how youre getting him to go to any of these, prolly some jobs he had to do for leliana back in the inquisition days in which case he will complain at every avenue or crow events for the dellamortes in which case he will find somewhere to get away to as soon as possible (as will lucanis lbr)

Verano: good fucking luck getting him to one of these the closest thing hes ever done was the landsmeet and well. very clearly not the same lmao. he might let zev dress him up a little bit bc it makes him happy but he will fight tooth and nail not to go to fancy events. death stares every noble who tries to talk to him except alistair anora and nathaniel. (if lelis there shes also safe in this regard)

Does your character see themselves becoming a parent? Are they already a parent in some capacity? Do they want kids or would they prefer to be child free?

i dont think verano (mahariel) ever necessarily expected to become one but i think hes always had the attitude of like well if it happens somehow ill do my best. which is what happens to the best of his abiity despite the strange circumstances of kieran. platonic long distance co parenting ftw. kierans got such a weird family unit.

cetus is everyones favorite auncle. if theyre still together i think alistair might kinda want a kid but i dont know if cetus would even adopting…

taeha (tabris) is dead but if he wasnt he and zevran would claim not to be into having a kid but end up adopting some rougish little rascally kid off the street and theyre both good dads. taeha has a good dad zevran was anxious about it but learns quickly hes more built for it than he realizes

locke (cousland) can have blood magic old god baby with morrigan i guess. its weird blood magic no reason you cant have a gay sex baby. they end up being sooo divorced but lockes a fun mom. if not for old god baby tho shes more auntie coded than parent. (which i guess she Was an auntie before Cousland Origin but. Oop.)

ari (hawke) and anders are The most annoying cat dads but i feel like while theyve not explicitly gone around adopting kids theres definitely some young apostates that tag around them during/after the rebellions that they end up doing their best to look after. may not be the best influences but theyre not Bad Parents.

jay (hawke) and isabelas feelings on their own mothers and relationship w motherhood are both um. Very complicated so. i dont think they want kids i think it scares them both

gone back n forth on whether cillian (trevelyan) would ever have kids. i think at one point i considered a setup where hes got one thats his and bulls biologically but publically/legally his and josies (for Nobility Perks reasons for one but also i dont know how well known his transness is). but on the other hand i feel like he maybe had a hysto at some point so. idk

also cillian while open to the idea of being a dad doesnt want his kid to deal with his family/for his family to get their claws in em. i think if he does have one he eventually gets an attitude of no this is My kid fuck my folks

iktom (thorne/warden rook) uh. well he was a dad, didnt really go well for him unfortunately but that couldnt rly be helped. he'd be a good one if he ever tried again but that would take some time. hes got manfred for now w emmrich thats close enough

hakim (laidir/lof rook) wants nothing to do with parenthood. he doesnt think he is or ever could be what a kid needs. dunno how true that is but its how he feels. i dont know if neve wants kids either tbh but i think lucanis would eventually and its a bit of a sore spot

What are your character's feelings around pets? Do they have any? Would they like to have one of their own?

Cillian seems like he should have a dog at some point. may or may not be a mabari, i feel like they grew on him after spending so much time in ferelden.

Also not /quite/ a pet cuz she is ykno. a warhorse probably technically but cillians favorite horse that hes bonded to p closely by the end of inquisition is named ailbhe. i get the sense that hes always bonded p closely to His horse but since he used to joust n stuff ig that makes sense. representing for autistic trans men who used to be horse girls ig. as for pets overall he just seems like he doesnt think much about it day to day but if he Did end up caring for an animal that bond is near unbreakable

taeha i remember specifically using the romesh ranganathan clip where he goes "i think my dog thinks its name is 'why the fuck did we get a dog'" when doing his voiceclaim because to me he is SUCH the dad who says he doesnt want a dog who is now that animals best fucking friend. like i dont think he thinks he wants or needs or would like a pet at any point but i think hes rly good with pets despite this. its just gotta happen To him cuz he wont choose it

locke like all couslands gets a mabari free with her fucking xbox but i think shes kinda neutral on pets? at least for now idk i think she has Her Animal and right now thats her dog so she doesnt need any more. if she gets a cat or smth after the mabari passes itd be more of the same kinda vibe

cetus thinks dogs and stuff are cute but doesn't think he really needs one himself. theyre also just fairly realistic? about keeping a pet while being a warden… its just not very practical. this being said in like a modern au or snth cetus seems to me like someone who would have a cockatoo or smth. idk i think they would enjoy birds/reptiles/fish more than mammals petwise (which makes it double hard. u cant rly keep turtles while fighting darkspawn idfk)

If your character was in a time period where they had access to a vehicle would they be able to drive? Can they drive well? Are they a calm or aggressive driver?

verano: can drive but wouldnt own a car.

cetus: im on the fence but would be a defensive driver if so. i get he sense that theyre usually alistairs passenger princess tho

taeha: technically he can but you really dont want him to

locke: drives and knows soooooo much about cars. not a mechanic but could be if people didnt completely underestimate her on sight abt it. pretty assertive driver, will purposely drive worse to mess w ppl sometimes

cillian: kind of an aggressive driver, definitely has a nice car, definitely used to drag race as a teen. feels like a 'long drive on an empty road to think' kinda guy idk

hakim: hmmm can drive but prefers to be passenger princess. great to have during road trips as both ur backup and ur navigator n such next to you

iktom: another long drives to think kinda guy. used to offroading the most mb. tries to be level headed but occasionally gets road rage

mav: i thiiiink technically knows but has never owned a car, they feel very like, friend who can tech drive so theyre backup on a road trip to me. cautious driver

yuvan: city boy who never had to learn cuz why would he hes got transit and his bike

cillian: probably like the history of a set of fighting techniques. he is a reaver so maybe about the actual dragon blood blood magic reavers and how much he wants to be one

verano: something battle tactics-y but in the tone of please i am begging you to cover each others asses in a fight i can only tank so fucking much

taeha: we should blow up fereldan nobility, heres how

locke: guide to lockpicking for zevran (it specifically has the words "for zevran" on the first slide) (genuinely a very helpful walkthrough though)

cetus: powerpoint on interacting with spirits safely maybe? but he gets asked one question and goes on a completely distracted rant on the chantrys flawed categorization of spirits and how it serves to further endanger circle mages who are already in high stakes due to what a circle is and that gets them going on the chantrys presence in rivain etc

iktom: nice little presentation on herbalism in the anderfels. its kinda cute

mav: extremely longwinded presentation about the arachnid species of the necropolis and how the fade or inherent magical nature of the necropolis affects ecology at even the base level of spiders and insects. idk what we expected. this or basic music theory. its a flip of the coin.
