Garmadon didn’t manage to write Misako letters, but instead he has a brilliant idea on how to light her up for Christmas

“Please, Master!” Garmadon followed Chen.
“Why do you insist on going home for Christmas?” Chen snapped.
“Because… I want to see Wu and my friends.”
“Friends?” Chen raised a brow.
“Yeah—Maya, Ray, Liber—” Garmadon started to enumerate, but Chen interrupted him.
“Could it be about that girl you admire?”
“Maybe…” Garmadon muttered, flustered.
“All right.” Chen rubbed his head. “I know what it’s like to be in love… so you can go.”
“Thank you, Master!” Garmadon almost hugged him, but stopped himself. “Thank you!”

“Why are you in such a bad mood?” Maya sat next to Misako.
“You know I don’t like Christmas…” Misako played with her hair.
“Yeah, but you used to be fine.” Maya smiled slightly. “Is it because Garmadon used to be here?”
“Oh, come on.” Misako playfully elbowed her. “You know he’s so hyped about Christmas that it rubs off on everyone.”
“As you say.” Maya laughed.

Misako cleaned her perfectly clean room.
“Maybe Maya is right,” she sighed as she lay on her bed. “Maybe I’m bored because of Garmadon’s absence… I wonder what would’ve happened if—”
**KNOCK KNOCK!**
“Get out!” Misako yelled. “I told you that I’m not in the mood for—”
“Misako?”
“Garmadon?!” Her heart raced as she ran to the door.
“What the—”
“Ta-da!” Garmadon spun around. He was covered in Christmas lights, glowing like a luminous ball. “Maya told me you were in a bad mood, so I thought of this. Do you like it?” He gulped.
“Hahaha!”
The next second, Misako was on the floor, trying to catch her breath.
“Hahaha!” Garmadon joined her as they both tried to stop laughing.
“You really lit up my Christmas,” Misako said, still laughing. “Literally.”
“I’m glad to hear that.” Garmadon smiled proudly.
“You’re the only one who can light me up.”
Misako smiled, and Garmadon hoped his redness wasn’t as noticeable as he thought.
