There are some unfinished details here that I've already fixed, but I want to post the finished version on YouTube, so it's a WIP (there's just a little bit left to)

Had to draw my goat, super underrated villain can't wait to see more of him in season 4.

Lord Ras is the former commander of the Claws of Imperium, having served Empress Beatrix after helping her kill her father so she could take over as ruler. But after repeatedly failing to stop the ninjas, Ras was stripped of his title and imprisoned. Once he escapes, he returns to his true mission of hunting down Source Dragons for his master, who wishes to use their immense power to conquer the universe.

Ras follows the philosophies taught to him by his master, believing that strength is one's most important quality and that it can solve any problems. He has problems with managing his anger and prefers to fight rather than talk anything out, and he doesn't really care about anyone but himself, using others only to further his own goals and then abandoning them once they're no longer of use to him.
