Thread The Needle Pose. This is my personal favorite asana. I am a developer by day and spend lots of time sitting and coding. Every time I go to see my massage therapist, I am always toast. My body is mad at me. Everything hurts and tight. I like to incorporate this pose to give a good stretch of my whole body and release tension in my neck, upper back, and shoulders. If you are a developer, weightlifter, students, or spend a lot of time in office or library studying, invest in ergonomic keyboard and mouse, remember to take a walking break, and request a standing desk.
