It’s crazy for me to see how much I’ve improved considering I only practice yoga for like 20 min once a week now since I’ve started my current program a couple months ago. Even just doing my strength training (weights and some cardio) and making sure to stretch before and after has increased my balance, flexibility, and muscle growth. . And I probably wouldn’t even notice if I didn’t record myself. I’ve only been doing yoga since last July (and didn’t practice often even before this program) but holy guacamole I look so different than when I first started! I remember the first time I tried to do a free yoga flow and I was so unbelievably lost 😂 All I can think is “wow I can’t wait to see how I look in just a few months or even a year or two”. Here’s to discipline, patience, and self love 😍🙌🤸🏻‍♀️and here’s to my current job making sure I commit to those things 😊👏👏👏 .
