Hear me out.

The Captain has always gravitated towards neutral chaos. He’s not really a government type person and actually prefers to work alone or with just one/two other people. He won’t be as bloodthirsty as Techno of course, but I think he’d bring a much balanced element to the Syndicate. And also it would be fun to see the Captain just let loose and take down some governments. Maybe he could get Tubbo to join. Either that or we get some really good father/son angst. Also, I think Jordan would just enjoy the... maturity of the Syndicate members.

Crumb being in the Syndicate is just hilarious and honestly expected. She’s such a wild card. I mean I can hear it now as she kills someone “Nuthin personal, kid!” XD It would be like her calling card. She’d join up with the Syndicate mostly to help out her dad, I mean Sparklez, but also just to enjoy some fun chaos where she can be both good and bad. She’s a cat. There is no other animal more geared towards Anarchy than a cat.

Also, the best thing! You wouldn’t have to worry about the likes of Philza or Techno talking over her, as they are very respectful to others in their VC. They’re calm and not so shouty. {unless there’s a baby zombie} Same with Sparklez. The four of them, plus Ranboo, would just be Team Chill and that is just so nice!! (Sorry Tommy lovers. Kid stresses me out with all that shouting. And I love Tubbo, but he can be just as loud sometimes.)

For even more fun, adding Xeen would give us another “Old Man”. He and Philza would be hilarious. Every group needs a proper voice of reason and that would be XeenDad. Plus, Xeen would be a great planner for the Syndicate I think. He’s always the one keeping track of everything when he and Sparklez play. He’d know all of the Syndicate’s resources.
