Publisher Cygames and developer Arc System Works have announced Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising downloadable content character Id from Granblue Fantasy: Relink, as well as a Switch 2 version of game. Both the new character and Switch 2 version will launch alongside the version 2.60 update on September 17.

The version 2.60 update will include the following contents:

DLC Character Id Teaser / Switch 2 Announce Trailer

Publisher Arc System Works and developer French-Bread have released the reveal trailer for Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes downloadable content character Zohar, who is due out this summer alongside a major update.

As previously announced, here are the details:

Zohar

With claws encroaching unseen, the “Doppleganger” Zohan will join the roster as the fourth additional DLC character. Zohar was a key member of the “Bankikai,” the organization she formed alongside Ogre and Strix. Details regarding her battle style, unique abilities, and other character information are scheduled to be revealed at a later date. Please stay tuned for more exciting updates!

Major Update

Adjusted Game Balance / Revised System Mechanics and Move Properties – To curb power creep, adjustments will be made to the overall game balance following review of the combo damage and gauge gain. Revisions will also be made to the system mechanics such as “Steer Ender” and “Throw Escape,” as well as the properties of certain powerful moves.

Rating System and Rankings for High-Ranked Players – In high-ranked matches, Rating Points will now fluctuate in addition to the traditional RIP. A dedicated ranking system is also planned to be added.

Enhanced Training, Replay, and Mission Modes / Improved Frame Data Display – The frame data display will be improved to support the visualization of opponent information and gap frames in sequences. Frame data will also be viewable in Replay Mode. In Mission Mode, a new feature will be added that allows players to review their previous play.

Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes is available now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam.

Following an initial announcement earlier this week, Arc System Works has officially announced BlazBlue: Central Fiction new downloadable content character Trinity Glassfille for the PlayStation 4 and PC (Steam) versions of the game. A release date was not announced.

The announcement reads, “Trinity Glassfille, a key character who has appeared since the early stages of the BlazBlue story, will finally be joining the roster as a playable character. The illustration released today was drawn by the series’ creator, Toshimichi Mori. Stay tuned for further updates regarding the update timing and details!”
