‼️ANNOUNCEMENT‼️
I’m so excited to share that beginning October 1st I will be hosting weekly Zoom fitness classes just in time for Fall 🤗
My classes will be a combination of low impact cardio, Hiit, and strength training... so a lil something for everyone. These classes will be 30-40 mins and, are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. My workouts are created to be simple, effective, and results driven.
It is my goal to support each of you on your fitness journey and help you become the best version of yourself.
I hope you guys are equally as pumped as I am!!!! If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. Here’s to finishing the year strong with some really dope fit friends.
