I am seriously GIDDY you guys! what a HUGE commitment, to do 100 workouts in 100 days! It has flown by, but time flies when you're having fun, right?? I feel so much stronger, empowered and have felt so much happiness and purpose every day of the journey. That's the ultimate goal right - to feel like you found your purpose in life?? I feel like I was meant to share this experience with others and help them get start on their own journey.โฃ
Because If there is anything we can learn from this experience, it's that YOU CAN DO THIS TOO. I am not a special fairy mermaid snowflake. If I can do these programs and workouts, I know anyone else can do it. โฃ

The finish line is really just a fresh start. We are never the same person we were when we begin and then finish a journey. We learn, we grow, we gain experience.
