I finally decided to do Vanuath's faceup...lips went well, ears looked good...and my attempt to do navy eyeliner went very very badly. I eventually gave up, figuring it wasn't sealed so I could attempt to wash off the watercolour, but once he was back on his body with his wig I decided I didn't love how pale he was. Maybe I could eventually pull off the pink and blue sort of ethereal look I had in mind, but it didn't suit his character. So I decided to dye him again.
I planned for him to be a bit lighter but in trying to get his torso even he ended up darker but I think I like it. I'm a bit torn if the blue wig still works but I probably won't change it.
Now to do his faceup - and somehow get his eyebrows right because I did not succeed first time around!
