So my dad wants to call a priest to bless the house...i was fine with it (holy water is holy water, doesn't matter te source ig) but now i fell a gut feeling that i shouldn't let the priest in my room. Thoughts?

I want to start doing rune work so bad but i cant find a rune set that calls to me
My new lease for the new place in a couple months says no candles or incense because there’s been a lot of really dumb college students( I’m talking thinking an electric stove is gas and thinking it’s not turning on when no flame comes out) so I feel like it might not be a for sure rule and not a strict rule.
