That's one of the things I love about stevewill because everyone DOES trust him around the kids. He would neeeeverrrr get close to them like that. It doesn't even cross their minds. Or so they thought. Aksjejdu Will does like the protective knight in shining armor type yes.

They're both hopeless romantics I love it. I love the idea of Will's crush being so obvious that Steve just decides to do something about it. Asking if it's okay if he were to pick him up later tonight. Taking him to a quiet place. Will freaking out cause he's alone with Steve in his car.

And Steve's tried for months to get those damn eyes out of his head but he just Can't. He wonders what they'd look like when he's the cause of it. Under him, looking up at him. Begging. It kinda pisses him off. He makes Will keep eye contact the whole time. He's gentle but yes absolutely Rough with him. Till the only thing Will can think of and say is Steve's name.

Ughh Steve waiting for Will to go inside is soooosjsjdjssjd. And the kiss goodbye. He says they can meet again tomorrow. Steve letting Will wear his jacket cause he got cold after. Will leaning against his bedroom door just breathing in the smell of Steve, thinking what the hell just happened.

The next day he's daydreaming and blushy and the party's just like who the fuck is making Will feel like that. Steve's kinda freaking out and ranting to Robin. He likes Will way more than he thought.

They both can't wait for tonight.

• With the party going to scoops all the time in s3 they kind of... Noticed each other.

° I love Steve being so intrigued by Will. He's quiet. They've never really had a conversation. There's something about him and he just doesn't know What. It boggles Steve's mind.

• In the 18 months with everyone trying to find Vecna they had to start talking right? Something sparked. Every time they do talk it's just kind of Awkward. Steve doesn't want to be a creep, Will's just nervous around him.

° I love Steve feeling guilty. He's known Will since he was a child. This is Jonathan's little brother. It's so wrong. He feels sick. But finding reasons to talk to him and innocent touches aren't weird, right? (The signals talk being Will thinking about Steve...)

° Steve letting the Byers stay at his house instead of the Wheeler's. They look forward to their late night talks.

° Steve suggesting some of Will's favorite songs for Robin to play (she doesn't know) so Will can hear them on the way to school 😵

° Jonathan being suspicious of them. Something's weird and he doesn't know how he feels about it or what It is.

• Orrr my other fav thing to think about: them getting together after the epilogue! Running into each other, catching up, things just falling into place.

• Car sex. They have lots of car sex and make outs.

• Steve's the type of guy to wait for Will to get inside before he drives off. Okay? Okay. Skdjjd

• They're both romantics!!! They're so thoughtful and sweet with each other. I think their relationship has a lot of passion and emotion 🥹 People (Robin) are sick of them.

• Things are kinda weird when they get found out but everyone finds that they strangely... Work.

• Steve makes dumb jokes, Will finds them funny.

• Their banter of flirting... Get a room!

• Will likes stealing Steve's clothes.

• They look for each other wherever they are.

• They comfort each other. Will's one of the only people Steve's told what happened in s3. Steve let's Will rant about his nightmares.
