Mix this up with all the other things that bring harmony and your life will be filled with a calm happiness. .. * * * I have lived on many extreme diets and workouts and as amazing as the results were, they were all short lived because the methods were unmaintainable. * * * Health is priority (always) and so is normality and enjoyment of life. Find that place where your mind, body and soul is at its happiest.
