Like with our bodies, we need to train our minds every day....and just like with our bodies, our minds can become addicted to unhealthy "food" (beliefs and thoughts) so quickly. 😓But to train the mind is 1000x harder than training the body because its our MIND that determines EVERY aspect of our life....health, happiness, career, success, love, relationships. 😦We have SO MANY THINGS being thrown at us visually on social media and this has a powerful influence on our thought patterns and beliefs....and like we all know, its addictive (its been designed to be that way). ⚠️The dangerous part is that it alters your brain and filters into the subconscious slowly and before you know it, you are deep in the mud pool of lies, false realities, fake people and distorted goals ....and the most tragic part is, you are actually believing it to be true and your reality. 😔 I caught myself slipping these last 2 months....my beliefs of love and relationships and what I am worthy of receiving based on what I was "seeing" on social media... 💛But just like with taking responsibility for our physical health, we need to take responsibility for our minds even more so because that is where it all starts. 💛 Getting out into nature has ALWAYS been a place of healing for me and where I can "reset and clean out" my mind...its where I feel closest to God and where I feel the deepest love for life 🤗 Have a blessed and beautiful Monday my friends xxx #worthyoflove #iamworthy #iamloved https://www.instagram.com/p/CD_A6wip3DZ/?igshid=1u0k5kyhtdoy0

Missing my little furry friends today....there are some things that only dogs can bring comfort to. When I started "pet sitting" again back in 2018 (...the last time I had done it was 2005 😯...) I didnt realize that it was actually God bringing these beautiful angels into my life because I needed THEM, NOT because they needed me... It was during one of my darkest episodes of anxiety, loss & loneliness, that I got this "job" to take care of these 4 angels and as a result they helped me get through what felt like hell.
