Sankalpa is not manipulable. It is not made “by you”, it is not born of your ego. It is not an agenda to get what you want.
It is what is already true & need only be evoked by your deep listening to your heart, to your Self.
Then, importantly, following through on your knowing. The resonance of recognition reinforces favourable patterns/habits to be established in the subconscious mind.
You are guiding it purposefully. Planting seeds as affirmation of what is true within the energetic layers of yourself leads to fulfilment of purpose & dharma.
A life lived in alignment between intention, thought, speech & behaviour.
Outwardly this looks like Consistency.
Act on your knowing to overlay your conditioned paradigm with a truer set of parameters. Rewrite your unconscious script.
Expression of knowing, by speaking or writing it out, or as art is an important step to make it concrete.
The body mirrors the psyche, so that the body substance— its complex layers of tissue— is malleable and responds to feedback/stimulus & psychic suggestion, called ‘plasticity’. Fundamentally, plasma, the basic cell substance, is a psychic medium of transduction of energy forms.
What you think & what you do is communicated to your DNA, the serpent of the deep, the cosmic Mother, the code within— from whom all is born—, she who dwells in the dark waters. The dark waters of the subconscious, where anything that is, is first conceived & born, is the waters of Mother.
Choose your thinking consciously, follow through with conscious action & slowly slowly you will find yourself in an ascended golden paradigm.
What is, is born of Sankalpa (and followed with Tapas)
Then even nothingness was not, nor existence,
There was no air then, nor the heavens beyond it.
What covered it? Where was it? In whose keeping
Was there then cosmic water, in depths unfathomed?
At first there was only darkness wrapped in darkness.
All this was only unillumined water.
That One which came to be, enclosed in nothing,
arose at last, born of the power of heat.
In the beginning desire descended on it -
that was the primal seed, born of the mind.
The sages who have searched their hearts with wisdom
know that which is is kin to that which is not.
And they have stretched their cord across the void,
and know what was above, and what below.
Seminal powers made fertile mighty forces.
Below was strength, and over it was impulse.
