Hien is very wholesome and loves working with his students every day. He’s by far one of the easiest teachers to get along with and just in general very laid back. He does his absolute best to talk to students when he sees them struggling and gives them encouragement to keep trying. 

What sort of illegal business he gets tossed in with trying to plan out a trip has me a little clueless, but it must be DANGEROUS to be assigned a guard like Kirishimi. 

She’s very rough around the edges but can be seen actually trying to behave around the students. They ask her thousands of questions to which Hien panics over thinking ‘oh ffs she’s going to tell them a horror story’ and in reality she just talks about her trips around the world or her pets. 

When they’re alone and people are actively hunting Hien she’s pretty brash. Throws him in an alleyway as she pulls out a gun or something to defend him idk.

Illya’s life is just filled with one trauma after another, honestly. Her earliest of which is from her childhood, which I’ve talked at length about before. But to summarize, she was separated from her father during one of their trips abroad and she was caught and lost in a violent snow storm. She later has a run in with a polar bear, who sees her as incredibly easy prey. 

By the time Lachlan caught up with her after hearing her screams, she was close to death and unconscious, bleeding out on the snow. Had he been a second too late in chasing the polar bear away, it would have eaten her. To this day, Illya’s still incredibly traumatized by the incident.

It is something I do not need the world to know.” Smiling with a nod to her then looking around to ensure no one else was about. “I give donations to the Orphanage in Gridania throughout the year. I spare what I can to help them give the most attention they may to the kids. I will also go on hunts when I am in the area. I, of course, will take a couple choice cuts for myself to cook. The rest the butcher will make deliveries to them on holidays to ensure everyone has a grand feast.” “Just to add something to what has been stated thus far. I could boast on my cooking skills but I do not like to, I usually will cook for special occasions but prefer to have my meals made by another in my daily routines.”

So firstly i should point out I guess that my favorite character is Homura so in the past I’ve usually associated illya with being put into Homura’s role / cosplaying as her etc. But I think me, you and everyone knows that if anyone, Illya probably fits Madoka a whole lot more in terms of personality, role and her aesthetic signsoignmssg. 

Alphinaud isn’t nearly as jaded as Homura so I’m wondering to what extent Alphinaud would have to be pushed it on to do the things that Homura did in order to keep Madoka safe.. But he’d DEFINITELY turn back time in order to save her, without a question. And when he finds out that his act of turning back time again and again for Illya’s sake was the cause of her becoming so powerful, it’d just break him up inside. That’s the kind of naivety and punishment for his recklessness that fits Alphinaud perfectly. 

I think time travel.. especially living out a time loop reportedly over 100 times would drive anyone a little nuts after a while.. So I can see Alphinaud getting desperate enough to save her in the only way he knew how, knowing Illya would be too softhearted to state her true feelings because she feels like she has to carry everyone else’s burden.

I WANT TO TALK ABOUT THEM BUT THEY’RE SO UNDER DEVELOPED AAAAA. 

I have a very basic background done for Isho and Az’hala but it’s crude at best and definitely needs work.
