yessssssssssss ive been thinking about them SO MUCH the past week. danny and will love each other SO MUCH.

danwill headcanons:

danny is gay and out and proud. he was will’s entrance/intro to the gay scene in nyc. he kept trying to set will up with people, but they really just wanted each other

danny is outgoing, and one of those people that has the ability to make everyone feel special. will misinterprets danny’s devotion to him as being danny’s sociable and loving nature while secretly nursing a massive crush.

danny introduces will to weed :) they are 2 weed smoking gfs

everyone calls him dan, but will is the only one who calls him danny. others have tried, of course, but the first time he heard will call him that it made him weak in the knees

he is a star wars nerd and wants luke skywalker so bad and he always tells will how much he reminds him of luke. wow did you see that one coming

will says “I love you” first.

the secret of will’s adolescence and the UD/Vecna stuff is a major point of contention in their relationship for a long time. when will finally tells him the truth, he plays along but secretly believes that will has invented all of the supernatural stuff to cope with his trauma better. when will realizes this, it causes their first big fight. he does end up believing will, though, without direct proof. more on that later
