i know its a common (rpf) belief that will and misa have some sort of blood feud but I genuinely can't imagine either of them outright being rude to each others faces. in wills case, i can definitely see him being one of those people who picks and chooses when they like you (never with his beloved mack tho)(poor gabeleno can't relate) but would never be outwardly mean, only behind your back!!! and even though we really dont know much about misa he came across as very genuine and chill on the pod, i feel like that guy could laugh anything off. but the thought of will hating misa and being subtly shady while misa wins the idgaf war because he thinks will is being sincere is so funny to me tho. the real and true secret blood feud is happening between sam and will. in my rpf wired brai. but mean girl will smith is very real to me

mean girl will smith hockey is real and beautiful to me too. he’s learned his passive aggressive ways from his mother and he can, and will bring that into the sharks locker room. he isn’t ever saying anything overtly mean or rude to misa (about misa, and for mack’s ears only is a different thing), it’s just a little comment here and there with some attitude. but he has not taken into account that misa is a real idgaf-er and is also the guy that sam had to break it to that goody didn’t actually like his leather jacket and was in fact giving misa a hard time about it (a real and true fact supplied by the never offsides pod!!!)
i really love the idea that will is the type of person who can turn on and off his hatred or annoyance of someone depending on the situation and his mood. which helps misa with fuck all in figuring out if will is being sincere about something or not. he goes with sincere most of the time bc it’s easier and why wouldn’t will think he did a good job in his last interview?? and truly at the end of the day, neither of them care to think about the other that much. it would only piss will off more to put any more effort into anything misa related
this being said, the willmisa blood feud may be a cold war but it is definitely not one sided. most of their arguments are had via disgusted facial expressions, bc misa cannot hide the way he feels and if misa is going to shoot will looks, then will is going to shoot them back. worse than this though, is the proxy wars of sam picking up on the bad vibes between them and trying to insert himself on misa’s behalf
sam’s a chill guy, really, but he’s not going to completely ignore that will is giving backhanded compliments to his misa. so he’s guiding misa away from an unknowingly tense conversation with will, hands on his shoulders, and shaking his head at will’s innocent looking face. sam thinks the worst option here is telling misa that will is being bitchier to him more often than he thinks. that would accomplish nothing, so sam takes it upon himself to just watch disapprovingly with mack as will and misa try to navigate a vaguely civil conversation
can you tell him to chill out, misa isn’t even doing anything to him, sam is asking. and mack is watching delightfully bc he loves when will is the unreasonable one, i mean misa can be sort of a douchebag sometimes. which is only a little bit true because, he’s not, he’s just an idiot.
