My favourite thing about the Czech translation of Discworld is Vimes's butler Willikins getting renamed to Jeefes. (Yes, Jeefes with an f, no copyright violated)
Like I'm casually reading Jingo and suddenly this diva shows up?
Well thank you Mr. Kantůrek, you're a true legend!
Also it's such a Discworld-like joke I was convinced it's completely canon until recently.

Part 1, Part 2, Part 3

Willikins is Sam Vimes' butler, whom I featured in a previous post. A character in the Discworld book series by T. Pratchett.
Вилликинс - дворецкий Сэма Ваймса, которого я показывал в предыдущем посте. Персонаж серии книг "Плоский мир" Т. Пратчетта.

ROUND 2: SAM GAMGEE vs WILLIKINS
Sam Gamgee (The Lord of the Rings)
Willikins (Discworld)
'We shall miss you, Willikins.' Others may not, [Vimes] thought. Especially if they have time for a second shot.
Terry Pratchett, Jingo
This poor clerk. Also: I love that Willikins is at least as unhinged as the rest of the house, but will not lose his grammar.
