I understand the impulse to vote for Sam, I do. But this is really one of those “clap your hands if you believe” moments, for me. I need you to vote Jeeves so that my light will survive and I’ll be able to help Peter free Wendy from the Pirates.

Look, Sam is amazing but he holds the naritive place of life long best friend, not butler. This is not the battle for him.

I've got both of them (although not -yet- meeting) in my poll and I gotta say, I love them both but Jeeves' role is that of a butler while Sam's more of a batman and is officially a gardener, so vote for Jeeves!!

Another tough one. Granted, Sam did carry Frodo up to the summit of an evil volcano, but if Bertram Wilberforce Wooster had needed a lift up old Mount D you can bet Jeeves would have seen him though. That said, Sam's "let's sneak through Mordor dress up in orc costumes" is straight out of the Jeeves playbook.
