Lunch today post - run, look at her goooo

living in an apartment with my friends for the summer which means I can finally buy and make my own food, which means a plethora of plant-based meals :) haven't gotten TOO creative yet but I'm excited to see what I can come up with! top is spaghetti squash with veg sausage, marinara sauce, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. bottom is the same except with whole wheat pasta!

Early morning run followed by overnight oats in an almost empty pb jar 🤩🤩 Just leave some (or a lot if you are like me) of PB at the bottom of the jar when you are close to finishing it, and assemble your overnight oats in the jar
