The comments: I got 24 chapters in and this is where I'm stopping I'm so disgusted.
Me: Ah, I see, clearly 100% of other readers did not properly understand how harem romances work, and didn't notice that obviously she could only end up with Lucas or Cassion, and Javi is only getting extra screentime early on to make up for him losing the focus later. lol imagine thinking Javi is endgame; it would be like Tohru hooking up with Momiji except ten times worse.
::makes tumblr post ridiculing these clearly deluded and self-righteous comments::
Me: You know, there were some weird plot threads that got dropped, like what was up with Reilynn's mother. I think I shall try reading the original novel. True, usually these novels aren't very good and the first-person observation commentary style is nearly always clunky, but I did enjoy Under the Oak Tree so let's give it a shot.
::gets as far as the balcony scene::

In conclusion: Never read the original novels webtoon comics are based on, and maybe if everyone is saying the same "ridiculous" thing on the internet they might have an actual, good reason.
