1999's WildCats Vol.1 #1 cover by cover artist Travis Charest.
The first 6 issues of Wildcats volume 2 have characters ask each other where Warblade is a couple of times, so in the 7th we get a recap on him.
Turns out after the Wildcats broke up he went to spend time with his gf and she was immediately fridged by Pike, so Warblade got better, hunted him down, and then killed him by spreading his liquid metal under Pike's skin and then tearing it out (kinda like Magneto did to Wolverine that one time).
I don't know if Pike ever shows up again. Be kinda weird that they had this Deathstroke-like bad guy and never got into his background or any solo stories if he doesn't.
The Wildcats Mosaic was published with a cover date of February 2000. The story "Manifest Destiny" took place a week after Zealot's supposed death. That story introduced the Counsel of High Lords, created by Scott Lobdell and Peter Doherty. Both stories took place before Wildcats 1 (cover date March 1999). ("Manifest Destiny", "Spartan", Wildcats: Mosaic, DC/Wildstorm Comic Event)

My friend ( @hyenadrew I'm calling you out ) let me know that he would've gotten into WildC.A.T.s sooner if he knew that they were a found family. When I explicitly ranted about how they're a family more than the cash in Jacob Marlowe's bank account.
So yes, the WildC.A.T.s are a found family.
Jacob Marlowe is father to all

Warblade lowkey has middle child core and he keeps making these stupid puns, I love him. Please don't go bald

If Jacob didn't mentally adopt them, Mr Majestic probably did

So get wild. Read WildC.A.T.s: Covert Action Teams.
This is all a very barebones depiction of their relationships, but it's the general idea :)
No but why do Jake and Maj keep mentally adopting full grown adults
