The Infectious Lass Brainy is from Issue 3 of Legion of Superheroes in the 31st Century! Combines two of my favourite characters of all time.. I gotta draw the Brainy Infectious Lass sometime too..

I didn't really think about the context when I was doodling it, but I think that it would be something along the lines of Brainy calling Song out for being incorrect about something in front of everyone else. She's very sensitive.
