💃🏻 DANCE💃🏻 Precious are those who help you rediscover parts of yourself ❤️ I threw myself in at the deep end with a contemporary class with the magical @dancingyogi.em to work on choreography for a specific track. The risk, as someone relatively inexperienced in this style is that working with a professional of this level of talent and ability (check out her page for details 😍 Fangirl much?) is that I could end up feeling just a bit incapable 🤣. This was not the case at all. I felt thrilled, inspired and hungry for more; happy with my progress and ready to do the work. Every students dream. I almost feel she can’t be real. She is like a little pop up dancing angel from the 1920s on my Zoom screen!! Heaven!! Looking forward to future sessions. 🤩 Thank you Em SO MUCH. I’ve been working hard on strength and stability for my hyper mobility while retaining my flexibility and taking care of the wisdom given by the fibromyalgia. My body loves to be worked and express its heart!
