I started the #TeamNourish community 6 years ago to create a safe space for people like me. The outcasts, the black sheep, the ones who aren't afraid to be themselves, for those who want to find themselves... without judgement. I promote healthy living, great nutrition, movement, self love, and friendships...all the things that fight depression, anxiety and loneliness. .
