I really liked going to the gym regularly when I could afford it! The gym I went to had basketball, racquetball, a pool, and access to classes on yoga, Zumba, etc. so it wasn’t just weight lifting. It also gave me a place to go and do the thing, which was really helpful for my brain in remembering to actually do a thing.
