it’s 7:30 pm right now and i got into the void last night and i’ve been processing everything ALL DAYY… chilleeee it’s overwhelmingly exciting!
so in this post i’ll tell y’all HOW i got into the void and WHAT i manifested. but yall the way i woke up is my favoritee thing ever🥰

nowww how did i get into the void
i got in at night but anytime works as y’all know
1. i did a meditation [for the 1st time] a little bit before going to bed just because .. that shits super relaxing 10/10 recommend
2. anyway i set an alarm for 5 hours cause i read it somewhere that when you do, you get sleep paralysis so mmhm that’s what i did
3. i went to sleep with the intention of the void being easy to get into and yeah. it was a cool lil 5 hours.
4. thennnn my loud ass alexa alarm went off i told her to shut up and i just lied there.. they key is when the alarm goes off you don’t open your eyes and don’t move too much. this will get your body into SP. then your mind is awake and your body is dead asleep.
*in case it wasn’t obvious already make sure you’re not falling asleep again after waking up*
6. igh so boom… here we are now in SP . at this point i just repeated a few void affirmations. and i started getting THEE floating feeling, i was elevating the WHOLE time til i stopped.. then i got this falling feeling. i literally fell all the way from where i was and then i slowed down. right after i felt this shift .. AND BOOM BITCH I WAS IN THE VOIDD!!!! it was pitch black and the rest of the other stuff you experience when you’re in the void . moving on .
all i said was “gimme the life i’ve been deserving of” and i was out that ho. 🏎
tbh i wasn’t even scared cause i was ready for any of the symptoms .
so now what you probably wanna know. what did i manifesttt ???
so overall, i basically got my dream life so here’s kinda what that looks like
🦋my physical appearance: i got my desired face and body, as well as going from itty bitty 5’2 to big mf heavy stepper 5’8 mmmhmm. i reduced my titties and shii 😂 i had really ugly finger nails but they look really well kept now: and my toenails. they look like girl toes now. my skinnnn.. i can’t stop touching it.. it’s so soft 😌

🦋 tesla model y and my driver’s license: so i’m 17 and i didn’t get my license at 16 like most do. i actually didn’t even go to drivers ed fr. but that all changed of courseee. and to go with it i got a tesla. i got a black exterior , white interior , model y . i got in the car and knew exactly what to do lmao i was mind blown and overwhelmed with excitement.
🦋 my parents allowing me and my sisters to smoke: ok, i would like to start with the fact that my parents are african ok? and ifykyk! so me and my older sister like to smoke a lil weed and obviously my parent weren’t cool w that but they are now and it’s so weirddd.. like me and her go to the backyard and smoke and they just ignore it.. my dad yell at the fact that we smoke in MY SISTERS car tho and i’m like bro it NOT YOUR CARRR. he need to relax, he need some weed fr.
🦋desired friend group: i live in a predominantly white area and please don’t get me wrong but i just feel like i connect with my sistas better. but again where i live limits that so y’all already know wtf i did. i manifested 3 close friends and they really make my life so much better 💞

As someone who has successfully entered the void state and manifested through it, I want to share my views about void state which could hopefully help some of you guys.
Void is always within you - A lot of people subconsciously view entering the void as going to a place “beyond” or “elsewhere”, but void state is simply a dimension within you that is directly connected to your subconscious - the 4D. When entering the void state, you are not trying to reach anywhere other than yourself, because you are the void. Don’t put the void above or separate from yourself, because it’s a part of you and no one can can take it away. Thinking like this helped me to take the void off the pedestal :))
It is natural - It’s important to know that we all possess the ability to enter the void state since the very beginning, and just like sleeping/blinking/walking, it’s natural for us. In truth, you don’t have to “learn” how to enter the void because it has always been part of you. Have you heard of someone “practising falling asleep” or “learning to sleep”? Strange isn’t it? Falling asleep sounds so easy and relaxing and it feels natural. Void state is the same. There is literally nothing to it and it is very very easy. What really helped me was assuming I already went into the void state before and it was just usual business for myself lol. That worked wonders for me and I went into void state easily and effortlessly with simply commanding my subconscious.
Lastly, I just want to say that YOU are what makes the void so powerful 🌷 YOU are the shot caller and YOU decide when and how you enter the void state.
The quickest way to get into the void in my opinion is breathing. Deep breath hold and then release and staying still until you feel yourself is sooo relaxed and then affirm and boom your there. Idk why they come up with these methods that over complicate it.But at the end of the day do what's comfortable and best for you.

you mentioned that you use different methods to shift. Which ones are your favorites? Also, if you shift through Lucid Dreams, what's something you could recommend to focus on or pay attention to while shifting from a dream. Basically a step by step you recommend. I think I finally figured out that LD could be the method that works best for me. I've had minimal success but it's the most success I've had aside from WBTB and being in a hypnogogic/sleep paralysis state.

Fantastic question. And you picked a great method. Out of everything I’ve tried, lucid dreaming is hands down my favorite and the most reliable. I switch up methods depending on what I want, sure, but LD is the one I prefer. I shifted for the first time through an LD, so I am a bit biased towards it.
With lucid dreams you’re tapping into a hypnagogic state, where your subconscious is already primed for momentum. This is where it's most malleable and suggestible.
Here's a lil' step-by-step routine to get you started:
1. Set your intention before bed. Write one short line: “Tonight, I will lucid dream and shift to my [DR name].” Keep it specific. Repeat it aloud twice, then visualize the scene for 60 seconds. If you have aphantasia—don't fret! :) Focus on the "feeling" of your DR instead. That's often more powerful anyway.
2. Do a focused reality check throughout the day. Finger-through-palm, nose-pinch, or reading text. Do these randomly. Set a timer to go off 5-10x a day on your phone. This trains your subconscious to check whether you're dreaming or not.
Then when you're actually dreaming, you’ll do the same check. And the moment your finger slips through your palm or the text looks jumbled, you’ll instantly become lucid.
I hope this makes sense?! If it doesn't, just lmk. I could talk all day and night about this if you'd let me. I'm trying not to ramble. :)
3. Use WBTB. WBTB isn't required but it gives you the highest chance of success. Most of my successful shifts are because of WBTB.
Don't overdo WBTB though! Once or twice a week is enough (we don't want your sleep sched getting messed up!).
WBTB summarized:
Sleep 4.5–5 hours.
Wake up for 10–15 minutes.
Don't use your phone if you can help it. Maybe read a book or use the bathroom. Or just lie there affirming (that's what I do lol).
After time's up: lie down, close your eyes, and repeat:
"Mind awake. Body asleep."
You want your body to fall into a vibrational state, while your mind is fully awake and aware.
You might not nail this the first time. You might fall asleep instead. That's okay. Have confidence, be consistent, and try again another time. Results will come with practice.
4. If this is is successful, you might experience sleep paralysis. This can manifest as full-body paralysis and vibrations. That's normal. Don't fight it. Just ride the sensation and hold onto your confidence. "Sleep paralysis demons" are a manifestation of fear caused by the paralysis itself.
Once I started affirming I was safe (which I am—and so are you) then I stopped seeing "demons". Haven't seen them in years.
Relax, breathe slowly. Think about your DR and affirm your journey. Sometimes you'll shift straight from this state. If not, move onto the next step.
5. Once you’re lucid, stabilize the dream. This is critical. The first few seconds decide everything.
Ground yourself by:
– rubbing your hands together
– touching something
– saying “I’m here. I’m lucid.”
The more you ground yourself, the harder the dream locks in. Also, do not get too excited! Strong emotions will make you wake up.
6. Stable now? Great! That was the hardest part. Now you can pick any transition method you want:
– Walk through a door you expect to lead to your DR
– Spin once and imagine the scene changing around you
– Call out the destination and turn around
Whatever you choose, keep your mind focused. Don’t overthink the mechanics. Personally? I imagine a portal opens behind me, then I'll turn around and walk right through it.
7. Aaaaand you're there! <3
Okay. There might be some caveats. I want be as transparent as possible:
Speaking from experience, even if I do everything correct, even after shifting and knowing its real, sometimes it doesn't work.
At any point, you could:
- Walk through the portal and wake up here (your CR)
- "Shift" realities only to realize it was a dream
- Forget your intention and fall asleep
And that's okay. I was discouraged when these things happened, but I held onto my belief and tried again and again until I finally did it. Lucid dreaming's not as difficult as people make it out to be—but it's not easy either. Just practice, practice, practice!
