Well I didn't die 🤣 Leg workout and #VeteransComplex completed. I had 55lbs bar did 3 rounds, 10 sets each first round, then 8 then 4 =22 total reps. Then I grabbed a 35lbs bar and did 22 reps each exercise for a finisher. Anyone else try it? Let me know.
