To a person who just randomly stumbles upon my IG, they might look at this and laugh.. _ But for the ones who have stood by me during the entirety of my shoulder recovery, you will know how much of a big deal this is. _ I started off with a little bit of shoulder rehab. I’m going to start doing these bands 1-2 times a week!
