WHAT a great name! That’s right, this is another one of those posts primarily made because of the great name. This plant only eats guys! If you’re not a guy, don’t worry if you ever find it in real life! Unfortunately, the only time you will ever encounter Venus Guytrap is in a Wario Land Game, where you exclusively play as Wario, who is, in fact, a guy.Â
Funny names aside, though, this really is a pretty killer design, and not just because it looks like it could kill you (if you’re a guy)! It behaves like a Piranha Plant, but it’s a rare carnivorous plant that, despite the name, does NOT opt for the Venus Flytrap style design. It doesn’t even try the rarer, always appreciated pitcher plant style, either! This is a carnivorous flower, with tooth-lined petals, and a wicked jagged “throat” thing!
What do you think happens if you step on this and you’re not a guy, anyway? Will it react at all? Could I theoretically sleep in it? Slumber party! No boys allowed! It’s for your own safety.
