Finally done with the rattlesnake skeleton articulation, after yrs of sitting as a pile of bones I had since 2012 I finally put it together.

Wasn’t in the best shape as the person who dispatched it used a shotgun, plus I’m assuming I lost some over the yrs of moving around, but it’s finally done. I’ve had to replace some of the missing parts using wire. But it’s finally done!

I hope you like him, he came all the way from the outskirts of Amarillo tx and was a male diamondback rattlesnake, and my first ever skeletal articulation!

Im thinking of naming him Jake after the infamous rattlesnake Jake

Redbelly Black Snake at archery.

Liam spotted it less than 2ft from us. This one is a baby, adults grow up to 2 metres.

There is a freshly dug garbage dumo jext to the archery range, perfect breeding ground for rats which will grow the snake population.

Ringneck Snake (Diadophis punctatus)

The Ringneck Snake is a small species that is native to North America. They generally inhabit areas of woodland or riparian habitats, depending on the surrounding habitat, and can grow up to around 10-15in in length. They feed on other small animals like slugs, salamanders, lizards and worms. They subdue their prey through both constriction and doses of their venom.
