#CookingWithMommy Things tend to get a little messy and crazy when I'm creating in the #kitchen I was attempting to recover from my extremely busy weekend (extremely busy anything back to back + #chronicillness = 😵😖😫) and I got hungry. I decided I'd have my version of a Caesar #Salad... Which included, a #ChoppedSalad from #Costo (it's 7 #superfoods #kale #Broccoli #chickory #Cabbage and some other things I can't remember because I'm not looking at it, #tomatoes and My version of Caesar dressing. I mixed the Daiya, Walden farms Caesar dressings and the poppyseed dressing from the salad mix, seasonings, #pecorino & this other Mayonnaise mixture from the other day. Yea, crazy but work with your #food until it's undeniably fantastic to you! I finally tasted the #VeganToona it tastes more like ground turkey to me than "toona" but that's not a bad thing. I plan to use it in my #vegan #Quesadillas tonight. My "#CaesarSalad" looked more like a Taco salad and that's ok because it was really good! #GlutenFree #DairyFree #AllergyFree #vegetarian #flexitarian
