BOOM YOGA!!!! Just kiddin. I mean it is yoga but it's also much more. No it's not all about finding the universe and looking at those funny rainbow things called chakras, it's much more and can benefit your body! Oh and WHAAAAT, it actually helps your build muscle? Like what is this! My favourite part about a lot of what I do in yoga is, my bones and joints don't hurt and if the do, I'm not focusing properly on the movement. No wright required to other than the ability to move your own weight! You will be amazed what a bit of planking, dropping, and three point dogging will do to your arms and core. I love using things for yoga, my strap is my best friend n the wall, well it's pretty cool too. My legs are preeeetty tight so right now to go upside down, I can't get my legs close enough to my belly button to tuck n raise! So I use the wall at a little starting position then get into the inversion!
