âYouâre a monster. I suppose that makes me one as well, doesnât it?âÂ
âI wonât let them hurt you, Iâll never let them touch you.âÂ
Moxiety?
I changed the first one a bit to fit my idea better, but here you go!
Monster
Virgil adjusted his grip on the wooden stake in his hand, trying to be as silent as possible. Of course, it was very likely the vampire already knew he was there; many of them could hear a human heartbeat from fifty yards. A few more steps, andâ he launched himself around the corner, raising the stake high. He was barely able to stop his forward momentum when he recognized the figure before him.
"Patton?" he asked incredulously. "What are you doing here?"
Patton's long blond waves were pulled up into a high ponytail and still fell down to his lower back. Since his hair no longer grew, he refused to ever cut it. He turned to see Virgil with the stake still raised high, and he flinched a little. "...Right. I always forget that you kill most vampires... You're a monster. I suppose I am as well, aren't I?" He gave a dark chuckle.
"In a different way, Pat. In a very different way..." Virgil said, lowering the stake. "Let's get you out of here, there are other hunters around."
Patton stiffened as Virgil came forward, placing a hand on Patton's shoulder to guide him. "Don't worry, I'm here."
Patton pulled away. "You can't take me all the way back to the other vampires..."
"It's okay," Virgil responded, reaching up to cup Patton's cold cheek. "I know you won't let any harm come to me."
Patton nodded, wrapping the smaller man in a tight hug. "I won't. I won't let them hurt you, I'll never let them touch you," he mumbled into Virgil's neck.
"Come on, Fang Boy, let's get you back home," Virgil said as he pulled away ever so slightly.
He and Patton crept through the brush, careful not to make any unnecessary noise. Eventually, they got closer to the complex where many of the vampires slept during the day. It was a struggle for Virgil to get there, his mind fighting against the hypnotic spell that kept the complex protected. Patton's grip on his arm kept him grounded, though.
"I've got you," Patton soothed, before hissing at another vamp who looked at Virgil in a way he didn't like. Soon, they were at Patton's apartment. Patton pulled Virgil inside, closing and locking the door behind them. "Stay the day with me, My Heart?"
Virgil hung on to Patton tightly, considering it. "The others will think something's happened, come looking for me..." He kissed Patton's cheek. "Tomorrow is supposed to be cloudy. It'll hurt, but I want to take you to my home. I want you to be safe, the others are closing in on this place."
"What about my friends, Roman and Logan?" Patton asked, suddenly worried.
Virgil hesitated. "If they won't attack me, they can stay also, for now."
Patton smiled a little. "Thank you, Dearest. Now, until then, can we snuggle?"
Virgil chuckled softly. "Of course, Babe," he answered, pulling Patton over to the couch.
As he settled into Patton's arms, even with as complicated as things had gotten, he felt that everything was going to be alright.

Day six of Soulmate September . @tsshipmonth2020
Prompt: âWhen your soulmate is injured you will experience pain in that area.â
Vampire AU
Pairings: Romantic Royality, platonic Moxiety
Warning:Â Blood, gore, death.
First - Previous - Next
Patton Williams was born on the 15th of January 1889 in a small town close to New York. He lived a fairly normal life, other than the fact that he could never feel his soulmateâs physical pain like everyone else he knew. So yeah, his life was mostly normal.Â
Until one faithful night.Â
Patton, now 21, returning home from work late at night, when he got pulled in an alley way by an unknown person. Patton had no idea what happened in that alley, except that he felt a small pain on his neck, and then he woke up on the cold ground, feeling like he just got ran over by a horse.
He got up, his head spinning, and walked the rest of the way home.
The next morning when he woke up, all he could register was hunger. So so much hunger. He walked downstairs and grabbed some food. A lot of food, only it didnât help with his hunger at all. Actually, it made him sick.Â
His mother walked into the kitchen, and thatâs when Patton blacked out again.
When he came back to his senses he saw something that made his stomach turn. His whole family was on the floor of their little home, pale and cold, and his hands were covered in blood.
He let out a strangled sob. He did that. Heâs a monster. So he ran. He ran as far and as fast as he could.Â
Somewhere along the way he found someone like him. Someone who explained to him what he was. He was a vampire. A being that could only feed with blood. Patton let out more sobs and cries that night, and begged the other person, Virgil, to just end him. He didnât want to have to hurt more people.
Virgil wrapped him in his arms and sushed him, explaining to him that he didnât have to hurt people, that animals could do just as well for food.Â
Patton resigned himself to his faith. For the next 30 years, Patton and Virgil were inseparable. They lived together in Virgilâs house. They had been drafted into the first world war together, and survived that, not without all the trauma that comes with war, but they did. Now they were one year into the second war, when something that would turn Pattonâs life for the worst again happened.Â
Virgil was shot in the chest. Something fatal, even for a vampire.Â
Patton mourned for years, even after the war ended. He just lost the only important person in his life.
So he ran again. Ran away from the place he and Virgil used to share, and for the next 39 years he was always on the run. He would never stay in one place for more than a few days.Â
Until something changed. For the first time in his long life he could feel pain that wasnât his. That could mean only one thing. He had a soulmate. So he spend the next two decades searching.Â
The year was 2014 when he found him.Â
He was a tall guy with tan skin, red hair and beautiful green eyes.Â
The way Patton found him is quite funny actually. He literally bumped into him, causing the guy to fall down, which Patton felt. He felt his pain. The only thing Patton could say was âItâs you.â To which the stranger gave a very confused look. So Patton had to rephrase.Â
âHi, Iâm Patton, and I think I am your soulmate.â
The guy gave him a look. âProve it.â
So Patton pinched himself on the arm, in a very visible spot, and the manâs eyes widened. âYouâre saying the truth⌠Hi. Iâm Roman. Itâs nice to finally meet you.â
âNice too meet you too.â Patton gave him a bright smile.
Roman pulled out a small marker from his pocket. âLook, I have to go, but here is my number so you can call me later.â He scribbled something on Pattonâs arm. âThere. Now I really should go. Bye.â And with that he left.
Patton smiled. Maybe he could turn his life back around.
Patton bought himself a small apartment in the city with the money he earned over the years and got himself a job. His life was starting to go better.
He and Roman started dating a few weeks after they met. A few months into the relationship, Patton came clean about what he was, which went a lot better than he expected. Instead of getting angry, or scared and leaving him, Roman looked like an excited puppy, asking Patton if he could become a vampire. Which Patton of course refused.
It wasnât that Patton didnât want to be with Roman forever, itâs just that he couldnât put Roman through that kind of life.
Well, looks like he didnât have a choice.
â-
They had been dating for 3 years. Roman was now 28, while Patton still looked 21.
Patton was at work, when he felt pain on his neck. A pain that brought him back to that alley, all those years ago. Something bad happened to Roman.
Patton took his lunch break earlier and ran from the bakery where he worked. Roman was supposed to be at work, so thatâs where Patton was going.
Minutes of searching later, Patton found Roman layed down on the ground in the alley way behind the theatre where he worked. He looked very pale, and his breathing was barely there. Patton checked for a pulse. He did find one, but it was very weak. Some other vampire fed off of Roman and left him to die from blood loss. If Patton didnât do something right now Roman would die, even if he called an ambulance.
So Patton did the only thing he could do. He bit Roman, turning him. Then he picked Roman up and carried him to their apartment.
When Roman woke up, Patton was there to explain everything to him, holding out a few blood bags - which he got from the secret blood banks for vampires-Â that Roman hesitantly took and drank.
âWell,â Roman said after a while. âlook on the bright side, Patty. Now we can be together for forever.â
The silence was tense and awkward as Patton sat beside Virgil at the kitchen table, across from Remy, whoâs posture was carefully loose and carefree. He occasionally caught a flicker of Remyâs eyes looking at him from over his dark glasses, and Virgil was still squeezing his hand. He could feel the nervous, angry energy radiating from Virgil, and the longer the silence the more tense it got, until he couldnât take it anymore.
âSo⌠you know Virgil, huh?â He asked. Wrong thing to say. Virgil tensed, and Remy frowned, before it slid into a smirk.
âOh babes, thatâs funny. So you havenât told them about us, hmm?â
âShut up.â Virgil muttered warningly, only causing Remyâs smirk to grow, something hard in his eyes.
âSo what do they know, Virg? Have you told them that youâre An-â
âSHUT UP, REMY!â Virgil yelled, slamming his hands on the table and jumping out of his chair so fast it toppled over, eyes burning.
âGuess that answers that question. Imma take it as ânoâ?â Remy asked, sickly sweet, leaning back so his chair was balanced on the two back legs, feet on the table as he raised a brow, sipping his drink.
âThat isnât who I am, anymore. It isnât who I ever wanted to be. Itâs what Janus made of me.â Virgil growled, and Remy scoffed.
âPlease. How long has it been, since you used any magic? Seven, eight years now?â
 âSo?â
âSo, how do you think I found you, when youâve been ever so careful not to leave a trace? You made a pact, you made a bond, and no matter how far you run or how well you hide, thereâs no out. Youâre bound to me, and to him, no matter how much you wanna pretend otherwise.â Remy replied.
Patton gasped as Remy waved his hand, revealing a faint, glowing violet thread that reached from around Virgilâs right wrist to Remyâs, another thread extending from his left wrist and out through the walls. Remy had another thread leading away as well, both of them golden, though Virgilâs glowed much fainter, much thinner, than Remyâs. Patton looked down at himself, surprised to find a nearly clear string attached to his own wrist, though it hung limply, clearly not active. Virgil snapped and the glowing threads vanished, leaving him glowering down at Remy.
âThen go find him! Clearly you and your magical prowess should have no trouble finding the snake in the grass. Just be careful where you step and youâll be fine!â Remy hissed out a breath, getting to his feet as well, anger flashing across his face for the first time.
âWere you not listening, or are you just that much of a stupid bitch? He got taken. Heâs probably in their nest right now, meaning Itâd be suicide for me to go in alone after him, not to mention if theyâve thralled or turned him by now! So unless you want Janus to become like It-â Remy gestured to Patton, who flinched back, and Virgil growled, lightning flashing in his eyes and crackling across his palms.
âOne more word, Remy, I dare you to say one single more word-â Startling blue flared to life in Remyâs eyes as he set aside his drink, stepping forwards. Virgil stood firm, refusing to move, refusing to let Remy get between himself and Patton.
âWhat happened to you, Virg? You used to be strong. Now you wonât even let me do our job.â
âHeâs not a job, heâs a person. Not everything thatâs different is a monster, Remy. If you havenât figured that out yet you need to grow the fuck up, and step the fuck back. Youâre in my house, Sleep.â Remyâs eyes flickered under his glasses, about to say something else, stopped by the sound of the door opening.
âWeâre baaaack! Miss us, heart attack tonight and sweet fang?â Virgil stepped back, letting out a small, relieved sigh. He needed the others, he couldnât do this right now, he couldnât handle Remy, right now.
âRoman, surely that was a little âmuchâ, perhaps they were still sleeping.â
âThen they have been woken by my dulcet tones.â Virgil huffed, rolling his eyes.
âIn the kitchen. With a little situation.â Instantly, Roman sprinted into the room, managing to smooth over his obvious panic when he saw everyone ok, doing a slight double take at the stranger at the table.
âWhat is this situation?â Logan asked, much calmer, stepping out from behind Roman, though his eagle sharp gaze never strayed from Remy, seemingly burning into his soul.
 âHeâs the situation.â
âHe seems to not be causing any immediate harm.â Virgil scowled at Loganâs words.
âThatâs the problem. You donât see him coming, then he explodes when your back is turned.â
âMe? Oh, thatâs a laugh and a half.â Virgil flinched, taking a step back. He could remember a dozen times heâd heard that phrase, a dozen times it was said in jest, in frustration, in sarcasm. âYouâre the one who turned your back on us. Youâre the one who left us to deal with the fallout. Youâre the one who wasnât there so Jan got taken!â
âTHAT WASNâT MY FAULT! You always go poking your nose places it doesnât belong, you always leap before you look, you never consider the consequences of your actions, you and him both always think you know best, when you donât know anything at all!â Virgil shouted back, fists clenched at his sides.
âThatâs why you are the third member, to keep us from getting into this mess!â
âDonât put this on me! You never listened when I was there! You never bothered to actually care about me! Janus just cared about my power, and you just cared about his approval, and neither one of you cared if what you were doing was right!â Remy let out a harsh laugh, throwing his glasses aside as he rubbed his face.
âOh, you are unbelievable! He took you in, he saved you, he taught you everything you know, and you think he didnât care? You think I didnât care? You think it didnât hurt, watching you walk away from everything weâd built? Why do you think we never filled your spot? Because Janus was still waiting for you to pull your head out of your ass and come home!â
âI am home. So you can either accept that and stop berating me and my choices and my family, or you can leave.â Remy snatched his glasses, nearly crushing them in his fist, a wicked smile on his face, that had Virgilâs stomach sinking and a chill running up his spine.
âFine. When you change your mind, you know where to find me. You can change your name all you want, Virgil, but that doesnât change who you are. You know as well as I do, that youâll always be part of this coven. Youâll always be Anxiety.â Remy vanished in a puff of smoke, and Virgil stared dumbly where heâd just been standing for a few long moments, before he pressed a hand over his mouth, breath speeding in and out, heart rate racing.
âŚ
Anxiety. The name echoed in his ears, something heâd tried to forget, someone heâd tried so hard to pretend heâd never been, someone who had been terrible and awful and cruel, someone who would have killed Patton on the spot had they met, regardless of his cheery smile or bubbly personality, regardless of the fact that he was an ethical vampire, regardless of the fact that he had people at home who loved him.
Anxiety wouldnât have hesitated. Anxiety had done it before, after all, dozens of times. Vampires, werewolves, wraiths, anything non-human was fair game, no matter how well integrated into human society they were, they had still been a threat, a ticking time bomb waiting to blow, and needed to be disarmed before they could do damage.
Anxiety had been saved from the streets when he was a child by Deceit. Adopted into his home, raised with Sleep as an older brother, quickly becoming part of their Coven. Heâd excelled at magic, a quick, fast learner. Sleep, his ability to control dreams, to get into peopleâs minds as they slept and poke around, to hypnotize and trance beings into submission, finding weaknesses and information. Deceit, with his ability to twist lies into truth, to trap people under his siren spell of words, until you would do whatever he said, even if it meant slitting your own throat. Anxiety, his power to move unseen through the shadows, to slip between them and use them, to make his enemiesâ fears come to life before their eyes.
Anxiety had been molded, raised, used, by Deceit. He knew this now, he recognized the brainwashing, all the small lies that Deceit had instilled into him, heâd spent years trying to parse out the truth, trying to get that voice out of his head, until only his own was left, heâd spent so much time trying so hard to trust the others, because Deceit was always there, whispering that he was better off alone, whispering that he wasnât worth their time, whispering how could anyone love you? If only they knew what youâd done, they would never have let you in.
Anxiety had worked so hard to stop being Anxiety, and to just be Virgil. And now, now it was all crumbling down. Because their coven had a reputation. No one had known their identities, no one still did, outside of the three of them, but everyone knew and feared the trio of monster slayers, whispered about them in the night, afraid their words would summon the coven to their door, everyone knew the stories, the speed and brutality with which they dispatched their kills, the count higher every day.
Heâd heard the rumors start, after he left, that someone had finally gotten the upper hand, finally slain the shadow Anxiety, and he let them think it. He didnât care, it was true, in a way, Anxiety was dead, but not at a monsterâs hands. Heâd been killed by himself, the moment heâd stepped out that door and ran, not looking back. The moment heâd sworn not to use his magic ever again, so they couldnât trace him, so they couldnât call on him, so they couldnât summon him and use him.
It had worked. The bond was still there, would always be there, but Remy hadnât been able to summon him. Hadnât been able to call on their bond to force him to help, it was weak, though his use of magic this morning had no doubt given it a little bit of life, not enough to matter. He wouldnât feed that bond, he wouldnât give it any strength, he wouldnât let it get there. He couldnât.
But they wouldnât want him anymore. Not now that knew what he was, the monster, he was, not when Pat was a vampire, and they would expect him to snap any moment like a spring coiled too tight, not when there was so much innocent blood on his hands, not when he could be used to find them, to follow them, not if Remy was insistent and kept coming around, not if Remy found Janus-
His stomach flopped at the very idea of seeing him again, of being face to face with him, of his honey sweet words infecting his mind, and he nearly retched at the thought of Janus spinning those lies against the others, driving them all insane. He couldnât watch that happen, he couldnât withstand that voice, he would crumble, instantly crumble, and all of the work heâd done wouldnât mean a thing, because the second those shining gold eyes met his heâd be lost.
And if he couldnât stand against Janus, then Patton-
So what, if Janus was taken? Maybe he was getting a taste of his own medicine. Maybe Remy was better off without him, with time, his mind would clear and heâd see how they did more harm than good, maybe everything would be fine.  Thatâs what Anxiety would have done, after all, stood back and watched. Even if Janus was only thralled, that was still a threat to the groupâs security, the vampire could use that bond against them, so there would be no coming back even if they rescued him, unless they killed whatever vampire had used him. Which they would, of course, solving that problem.
He was considering this. Gods, he was actually considering this, why was he actually considering this, why did he even give a shit, after everything, why did he still care?
âvirgil?â Pattonâs voice, small and hesitant, reached through the fog of panic clouding his mind, though he flinched away from Pattonâs touch. His heart was pounding out of his chest, and he couldnât look up, couldnât see their faces, would stave off the rejection and fear and horror as long as he could. He could feel the sob building in his throat, and he needed to leave, he needed to go, he needed to be anywhere else when he fell apart, because they shouldnât be obligated to comfort him, when they were just going to kick him out later anyway. He could hear ringing in his ears, could feel something wet on his face, but it was distant and wrong and he needed out, he was backed into a corner and he needed out.
So he did what he always did best. He ran.
He shoved past the others, sprinting down the hall, slamming the door shut and locking it, before scrambling back, eyes darting wildly for somewhere to hide, because this was too open and his mind was screaming âdanger, not safe,â when his gaze locked on the closet. He pulled open the sliding door, shoving it closed behind him as he sunk to the ground in the deepest, darkest corner, finally letting a muffled sob tear from his lungs as he curled into himself.
Summary:Â Growing up, Logan had always been told to fear the Others. Now, though, he lived with a vampire and a werewolf and was in love with a ghost. What would his parents say now? Rated for blood, certain hints at some not-nice situations, and Virgilâs mouth. Written for Inktober Day 9: Magic.
Notes: So⌠Here we are! Day 9! I hope you all enjoy this other Analogical piece with Royality. There arenât really any graphic things to watch out for, but mentions of emotional manipulation/abuse and hinted physical abuse are brought up, and there is some blood, but nothing too graphic, I hope. Anyway, thank you for reading, and on with the story!
Logan slowly blinked awake, his blue eyes attempting to focus as they were seared by the bright sunlight streaming in through his large window. He groaned, rolling over, waving his hand around desperately trying to grab his glasses. He needed them, he couldnât see without them, where were they? He finally found them and slid them onto his face, blinking his eyes again in order to adjust his vision. He really should look into a spell that would fix his vision; he was practically blind at this point.
Now that he could see, Logan rolled out of bed to get dressed. He could already hear screaming, heavy thumps, and crashes downstairs, and he knew that he was going to need to get ready as soon as possible to prevent the bakery from turning into a warzone. He pulled on his black and white argyle tights before tugging on his dark blue high top Converse. On went his dark blue jeans shorts with the dark blue tank top over his black binder. Finally, he slipped into his dark blue flannel, fixed his hair to the best of his ability, grabbed his hat, and wandered down the stairs, fully prepared to face the madness his roommates had just created.
âPatton! Get Virgil to stop messing up my hair! He listens to you!â Roman screamed, swatting at the smirking Goth ghost hovering over him.
âNow, Roman, Virgil isnât trying to be mean! But Virgil, could you please stop messing with Romanâs hair? You know he doesnât like it when you do that,â Patton requested, his large blue eyes staring up at Virgil, pleading. Virgil just smirked and sent another gust of wind to ruffle Romanâs hair, causing the werewolf to yelp and growl before looking like he was about to try and rip the ghostâs throat out.
âSorry, Patt, itâs just too easy to tease this fucking shithead,â Virgil drawled, drifting out of Romanâs reach. The blonde vampire quickly stepped between the murderous werewolf and the ghost he considered his child. Even Patton couldnât hold an angry Roman off forever, though, and he needed help, now.
âIâm going to murder you so hard you wonât even have a second shot at the Afterlife,â Roman growled, his fangs elongating and his claws sharpening. Pattonâs own fangs elongated in response, and Virgilâs pupils turned into even narrower slits, displaying his true lineage for once. Logan swallowed down the cold lump growing in his throat and stepped into the main room of the bakery. He didnât want to see anyone in his family get torn apart, and that was what would happen if he didnât get involved right now. He ignored the flashes of memories behind his eyes, the raising hands, the bruising grips, the harsh kicks, the whispers of Useless, Unwanted, Unloved, Unnatural and stepped in between Roman and Virgil.
âPlease stop this!â Logan yelled, ignoring the way his voice cracked like he was a twelve year old going through puberty again. He knew that the others tended to not take him seriously when his voice did that, and he needed them to take him seriously just for a moment or two. âViolence will solve nothing. Roman, Virgil, I need you two to calm down and apologize to one another before you tear this bakery apart.â Logan didnât notice the fact that his voice was shaking, or that his eyes could belong to a deer who had just been caught in some headlights, or even that his face had practically no colour left in it. He only noticed that Romanâs fangs and claws seemed to retract almost instantaneously and that Virgil stopped smirking and had dropped down to the level the rest of them were standing at. He didnât realize that they had noticed his terrified appearance and had stopped because the sight of Loganâ calm, level-headed, even-keeled Loganâ shivering in fright and caused Roman to snap out of his rage and do everything in his power to cheer his favourite nerd back up again.
âSorry about that, Lo. We just got⌠a little over-heated,â Virgil spoke up, breaking the silence that had fallen over the bakery. Logan let out a shaky little sigh before the corners of his mouth quirked upwards a bit and he directed one of the sappiest gazes known to humanity at his boyfriend.
âItâs quite alright, Virgil. Nobody was seriously injured, and nothing was seriously damaged. Now, shall we prepare for the coming day?â With that, everyone dashed off to get ready for the bakeryâs opening in an hour. Patton vanished back into the kitchen while Roman dashed to set up the tables and chairs in the front. Logan followed around after him, cleaning and dusting to make sure the bakery looked perfect. Roman glared at him as he let off another cleaning spell, and Logan just smirked before firing off another blast of magic. Roman just rolled his eyes and popped the last chair into place while Logan finished scrubbing the place down with his magic. They finished with at least half an hour until the bakery opened, so Roman decided to go and try to help Patton in the kitchen. Logan followed, figuring that even if he was useless in the kitchen, he could keep Roman from burning anything important.
When he and Roman entered, they found Virgil carefully icing a large tray of cookies while Patton sucked on a blood bag. Roman walked over and planted a small kiss in Pattonâs blonde curls, causing him to giggle sweetly and kiss his boyfriend back. Virgil waved as Logan entered but didnât move from his position icing, his grip too perilous to do anything else.
Patton finished up his blood bag the same time Virgil finished icing the tray, and he grabbed the completed tray of cookies on his way to throw the blood bag out. With his task completed, Virgil drifted over to softly peck Logan on the cheek, his cold lips soothing against Loganâs flushed cheeks. The lights overhead flickered, and Logan quickly grasped at his magic to get it under control. He couldnât afford for his powers to malfunction right now.
âWhatcha thinking about, nerd?â Virgil teased, carefully circling his arms around Logan.
âJust⌠life,â Logan murmured back. It was true. When he was younger, the life he lead now would have been unimaginable to him. Growing up, Logan had always been told to fear the Others. Now, though, he lived with a vampire and a werewolf and was in love with a ghost. What would his parents say now?
âWell, I hope that life is good,â Virgil teased. Logan thought for a second. He had friends who accepted him, a wonderful boyfriend who loved him, and even a professor who liked to hear his opinions on magic and its uses. What would he call his life?
âYes, I believe it is,â Logan murmured back, leaning back to peck the ghost on the lips. While this life had its ups and downs, it was better than anything Logan could ever have imagined, and he wouldnât trade it for the world. âNow, come on. The bakeryâs about to open, and I believe Patton would appreciate the help.â With that, the two boyfriends strolled out to help the other set of lovebirds, ready to face the new day and any challenges it threw at them. After all, a little bit of magic went a long way in making things feel okay. Â

Nonexistent Heartbeat Chapter 1: The Gay Librarian
Authorâs Note: WHAT? LUI IS MAKING A CHAPTERED SERIES? WHAAAAATTT? Yea...Idea is from @d4rkh4rt
Triggers: Vampire Au, nothing i can think of atm
Parings: Logicality at the moment
Word Count: 281 words
As Logan settled the book of Trees and its uses down in his ornate oak desk, he let out a deep sigh. It was getting late at night and he was gonna go close up his library, when suddenly a familiar scent came stumbling on his nose.
It was the scent of medicinal herbs and baked goods. It was assuring that his fellow vampire crush friend was paying a visit. He revised his thoughts on the man aforementioned, and the memories of a man swaying happily and walking with full happiness and glee in the librarianâs halls. The light in the eyes of the man resembled peaceful valleys and breathtaking views as the eyes had the sweet honey dark brown eyes. His thoughts was shaken and disturbed as the aforementioned man appeared in front of him giving that sweet yet undeniably cute smile rested upon those fragile lips.
He returned the smile, now filled with amusement as he once again enthralled by the features of the man in front of him. He shook his head in order to remove the thoughts. He needed to help his friend, who was going to borrow another book or something else a kiss maybe?, Logan brushed his gay thoughts aside and proceeded to greet his friend.
âSalutations Patton, how may I assist you on this fine afternoon?â He spoke without a smear drop of nervousness in which Logan praised himself as being stoic and straight, not so straight.
âHiya Lo! I was just paying a visitâ The man said full with ease and happiness and gushing over his friend. Logan sighed and proceeded to talk on what was the happenings on both sides of the conversation. Totally focusing on the conversation instead of Pattonâs soft and tender lips.
