Did starscream say no more sub episodes for shows? Did Miko teach her to speak in Japanese when she got older?
Yes, a very offended Starscream (when he got scaried from something he then become angry and offended) banned japanese shows. Miko & Atalanta find another way.
And then simply keep secretly watch anime in japanese (Atalanta really risked the weaboo trope).
