i assume its something similar with Lavenza apparently being able to split herself back into Caroline and Justine and recombine at will - Caroline and Justine are another cognition of the entity that makes up Lavenza, so she can swap between one body and two now that shes been re-assembled
Morgana just had to force this one - likely helped along by the altered reality capable of granting anyones desires they happened to be in at the time, i dunno if he would still be able to use it if he ever got his Metaverse form back
