Imagine Loki coming up with a sneaky new plan to find out what youâre really thinking. (But he doesnât want to think of it as âmind-reading,â because this is differeny. This isnât as creepy... right?) He wants to impress you, but he first needs to know how.
Things donât go quite as he expected. Turns out, his underhanded idea doesnât necessarily give him access to your thoughts. Instead, it causes you to blurt your thoughts without hesitation.
Consequently, Loki learns all about your crush on him. In fact, instead of keeping your feelings completely to yourself, youâre suddenly flirting with him as if youâve never heard of such a thing as âshame.â
At first, Loki couldnât help but feel a smug sense of pride at this realization. Now, heâs starting to get uncomfortable.
You keep trying to corner him and find excuses to be alone with him. To invade his personal bubble on some pretext or another. And youâre not nearly as grossed out by physical contact as you typically are.
Loki understands youâre not in your right mind. This isnât who you are. You would never act so forward. You certainly would never dress so provocatively. You would rather die than beg for attention like this. Even from Loki.
With that in mind, he knows he has to be especially careful. He doesnât want to embarrass you, and absolutely refuses to take advantage of the situation.
Sure would be nice if youâd come to your senses soon.
