ive been up looking up what my options are for my uterine fibroids bc there’s no point in me getting an IUD again if it just rejects bc my fibroids will dislodge it. ☹️ every period is so heavy im literally breathless from the blood loss and need iron infusions to stabilize. im thinking about UFE surgery, if state insurance will pay for it. it sucks that fibroids have a higher risk of effecting Black women the most, and the treatment options usually pushed towards us by doctors are partial or full hysterectomies.
it’s giving antiblack misogynoir conspiracy, babes. dead seems like nonblack ppl want us all infertile so bad. i mean, just look at the material 🤷🏽♀️ (gynecological history, medically racist experimentation on Black people’s bodies, forced sterilization happening specifically to us worldwide, the rate of Black women’s maternity deaths, etc.).
