I actually like to imagine U.A is a school that's pretty serious about having the "most optimal learning experience" and would be willing to accommodate nerodivergent students who struggle in the classroom, y'know? You got any thoughts on/headcanons about that?

To cut things short, Aizawa needs some coffee and maybe an energy drink

The school does mostly say that because they're so well equipped with materials, students have the best time learning there. But as we all know, U.A is not the best at mental well-being so the "materials" for that are basically non-existent

Poor Aizawa has to beg the school higher-ups to invest in light dimmers, and actually noise cancelling headphones, and blander foods, but he ends up having to buy them himself.

The class is darker, with a corner to hangout in if you need it, fidget toys, weighted blankets that Mineta is not allowed to touch, and full with support from other students.

Some students (Bakugou "I'm not weak" Katsuki) refuse to use those things and prefer going into the bathroom to do the stereotypical school mental breakdown.
