Everytime someone makes any kind of generalising joke about gender, any joke claiming they hate men or that all men should die or that even all men are abusers, I automatically knock them off as someone who is a danger to me. Because they are. Anyone willing to generalise an entire group of people is a dangerous individual. Especially when that individual says such things to a person they know are a part of that group (meaning they either want me to be hurt or they simply don't see me as a man. Both are terrible and dangerous).

This is suicidism and misandry. More than 250 times the amount of people think of suicide than die by it and approximately 30 times the amount of people attempt than die by it (source). This doesn't mean that any one of those people is more valid, but just that death by suicide isn't as common as attempts/ideation.
