ugh.
I really really want to write
I was tagged on Sentence Sunday by a bunch of ppl I really love and I really wanted to join
But
My brain is not braining and doesn't want to choose a WIP to work on (and doesn't want to start a new one either)
Everything I try to write just turns out crappy
And I just realized I haven't taken my ADHD meds for the last three days which probably explains why
And now I'm mad at myself for forgetting my meds π€
"When I wasn't aware I had really bad ADHD, I found the problem to be - Whenever I was in the studio with Louis, I'd kind of do the melodies and Louis would kind of do the lyric with Jamie and then like, I'd kinda zone out whenever the words' on the page. And I did a few here and there. Whereas this time, I couldn't rewrite them for myself because every time I would, I would kind of zone out. So I found out I had ADHD and once I kind of got past that bit - the words bit - music, singing, whatever it is, the words bit is the best bit for me."

you drove him a few hours later, following Chris's car in your own. you had no idea what was going to happen when you got back to Boston, but you had a feeling a certain someone was going to be throwing a temper tantrum.
have figured out recently that one of the reasons i like tommyβs streams so much is that his brain moves at the same speed as my adhd-riddled brain
friendly reminder not to shame people for
a) liking a lot of things at once
b) obsessively liking one thing then losing interest
hyperfixations are often a coping mechanism for people with anxiety, adhd, autism, or other conditions and sometimes itβs a necessary part of that personβs livelihood. also itβs never okay to shame anyone for liking something period.
