Yeah, I mean, we've seen multiple cameos of Fionnaworld Wildberry since the very first 'Fionna and Cake' episode...
Personally I think they're one of the more frequent background Fionnaworld extras... or maybe that's just because their design pops out to me the most.
I think Turtle Prince only showed up as a very small cameo at the climax of Season One...
But he shows up pretty prominently in the first episode of Season 2 as the manager of an office supplies store (and according to the credits, his mundanified name is "Turbo Allen"...for some reason?).
I think pretty much every background extra in Fionnaworld is some sort of reference, although with them being both 'genderswapped' and humanized and also there's no way to immediately tell if they're a counterpart of a prominent secondary character or a one-shot or a background character... it's not always easy to identify them at first glance...
(And they don't even have to come from Mainworld! You can find Fionnaworld counterparts of the Destiny Gang in background shots!)
