I'm honestly a little upset how most of the tulpamancy tags are overposted with DID experiences or endogenic system experiences. I know that we, as separate communities, end up overlapping with how we experience plurality, but it'd be even better if some people stopped using the tulpa tags just for reach. Searching for tulpa-related posts is basically impossible unless you want to block half of the blogs that use this tag just for reach, while their posts have nothing to do with tulpamancy at all. This isn't a public shade, and I don't want to call anyone out; I just think we should use the tag ethics that Tumblr has always somewhat had.
Edit: And OFC, I don't block out of spite or hatred. I just don't want to scroll so much to find one journal entry, hidden among another 20 posts that aren't related to the community I'm trying to reach. That's it
Hi! What are your thought on this psychologist studying tulpas calling them "tulpa systems?"
https://www.reddit.com/r/Tulpas/comments/1ctltgl/ama_with_dr_michael_lifshitz_and_dr_tanya/l4cti78/
hello! so I researched very lightly on Dr. Lifshitz as I'm getting ready for school so please correct me if im wrong but I couldn't find any actual documentation on his studies!
Although he seems to be a reliable person reddit and other Social media like Tumblr is not a reliable source and therefore cannot be used as evidence!
please cross reference and look through official documents! no therapists goes onto Reddit to decide whether something is real or not!
also as tulpamancy is a spiritual belief and NOT a physical affliction so i don't believe it would effect you in a way that would show on an MRI scan like DID!
also also if tulpamancy isn't a mental disorder why are you referencing a psychologist to prove it's existence?
Shoutout to tulpamancers! It takes a LOT of effort and love to create an entirely autonomous being all from scratch. Youāre all really dedicated, and amazing!
Shoutout to tulpas! You put in equally as much effort in order to become alive, and we appreciate each and every one of you. Keep being awesome!
Spoilers!!
for the second chapter of the comic "Tulpamancers"!

Tulpamancy: Guide Into the Strange and Wonderful
Been meaning to make a post about my Tulpamancy guide since I started this blog, but decided to wait until more people were around to see it.
People come to me for Tulpamancy advice on things like how to get started, how to switch, and so on. Since I began learning and practicing Tulpamancy, I have been working periodically on this 45+ page guide over the course of nearly two years now.Ā
Currently, there are 30 sections covering a large amount of topics and advice for nearly every one including a definitions section. The guide even utilizes the outline so that users can easily access each section with ease (and without having to scroll down for ages).
Any constructive criticism on any section of the guide is encouraged and appreciated since I want to constantly improve this guide to better serve people looking to get into the practice or if other Tulpamancers want advice on how to improve on certain Tulpamancy skills.
In addition, this guide is on the sidebar on my blog and has been since I made this blog, but I also wanted to make this for mobile users who arenāt able to view the entire blog.
I hope this guide works well! Link: Tulpamancy: Guide Into the Strange and Wonderful

Psychospiritual Clash
I used to be very into spiritualityālooking into crystals, myself, discovering layers of me that have been buried under years of defensive walls and fear. But I never liked rules, so I winged the entire process. Much like any spiritual blogger I found online, I discovered that the real me is in the East of Europe (I won't state the actual countries ahead, sorry!), far in the future, waiting for me to catch up as I break free from all the strings leading me back to my home country, a place of terror, fear, and judgement. Thatās what the country is to me; itās nothing else. The family there that I once looked up to is buried (not actuallyāmetaphorically, all is well), the safety I once needed as a child was never there to begin with; nails sprout from the open arms that had once enveloped me with love, burying deep into me with their rusty, sharp tips. I now find myself somewhere else, a person whoās actively growing, even outgrowing past behaviors I learned.
When I picked up spirituality in April, I thought itād benefit me during my exams, the most stressful period of my teenage years. And it did, my intuition grew stronger, and I passed my exams with flying colors. But it wasnāt just this that I found within meāfortune, luck, and ways to expand itābut a figure, one that I met only a few times, but he left such an impact on me. Aghar, a fire dragon who showed himself to me during some of my meditations. Our meeting was intentional, as I searched for a spiritual figure that would resemble my kināa dragon, somebody to talk toāand one meeting turned into a few, until we lost contact for a while.
Iām in a different place now. I was too ambitious with my meditation before, and while winging it worked for a while, it soon turned into exhausting sessions that always failed. I havenāt seen Aghar for a long time, until today, when I invited him into our wonderland while enjoying the company of Heather and Warden. He came to me like he always did before, forming from pure smoke, ash, and burning fire, letting out a trembling roar that rumbled through my bones, before settling down on the grass, tired and unamused as usual. Last time I saw him, he seemed exhausted, but curious to lead me around in his personal place. Our headspace slightly resembles his own, so perhaps he found himself at home for those twenty minutes of our meditation.
We noticed that Aghar doesnāt understand us, and talking with gestures didnāt lead us far. I offered him food as the first sign to tell him to stay, and another time, we entwined our talons for a moment.
For now, however, I wish to keep him around, whether he learns how to speak human, or simply speaks tulpish to me. I do not want to āmake him a tulpa,ā or classify him as an NPC that isnāt aware. Now that he is here, and I have easier access to him, I want to find out what we can do to integrate him better. But my main question is⦠was this real? Or just a figment of my imagination? As far as I know, Aghar sprouted from purely intuitive feelings that arenāt bound to my imagination. But heās here now, in our wonderland, which is determined by controlled imagination, so what will happen next?
Iāve believed that everything I am (including me being otherkin primarily) is purely psychological, but Warden and now Aghar are of spiritual origin, and we still have to find out what that means and if it can even work. Then again, Warden has been with me for a long time, so, it clearly works in some way.
Warden and Heather are with him at the moment, while Iām here, present in the real world.
