Was playing the Tuchanka arc a few days ago and had to stop to take this shot of the shrouded Tuchanka sun behind this Krogan statue. The solar flares and everything from the sun (I think it's solar flares) behind the statue just gives it that much more of a very Krogan-esque touch.

forgot how viscerally satisfying it is to see that most obnoxious of me1 enemies, the thresher maw, take down a reaper destroyer on tuchanka p early in me3. on the one hand i find it hard to believe that reapers hadn't already encountered and learned to deal with maws (even if this one was the biggest and baddest), but on the other hand, the degree to which you're allowed to feel smug when the reaper is fundamentally unable to counter the maw is just fantastic, especially when its eye cluster twitches around after the maw slinks back into the ground. like, "yeah, these guys are a real son of a bitch to tangle with, huh?"
