Two Identical Heavily Modified Tubes Screamer pedals. making this pair for a metal band, guitarist and bassist. so tried to make the Mods applicable to both instruments. Increased gain for more drive/distortion and Features a number of clipping options. Silicon, LED, MOSFET, and combinations. giving a total of 6 different distortion characteristics.

○概要
あんまり普段つかわないけどみんな大好きTS9の808化 改造方法はおおむねみんながよくやるMOD方法とあまり変わらん 主にコンデンサのハイエンド化とアウトプット周りの定数変更
一番このMODで大きく他と違うのがゲインPOTの変更と トーンPOTのカーブ変更 ぶっちゃけこれ変えるだけで大幅にキャラ変わります
まずゲインPOTですが、500kから1Mに ここはBOSS SD-1と近く歪みの倍率が倍近く変わります POT定数とその付近の51Kを足し算して そのまた近くの4.7kで割ってやると倍率が出ます （1000+51）÷4.7=倍率 てな感じ ちなみ51kはPOT０位置の時の最低倍率
そしてトーンPOTは20kBから25kCに変更 なぜ25kかというのは肝心じゃない、ただ売ってなかったからってだけ 肝心なのはBカーブからCカーブに変えたこと TSのフィルターって効きが強すぎるんよ 右に目一杯回さないとほぼフィルター掛かりっぱなんで それを少しマイルドなカーブにしてやってPOT位置3時くらいから フィルターが効かなくなるようにしたでありんす
あと暗すぎるストックLEDをBLUE化 これストック付いてる意味ねーよ！
まとめはそんなとこですが、808とTS9のアウトプット部の定数で 様々な憶測を呼んでるみたいなんで下にMAXON開発者の意見を 添付して置きました。これでオカルトは晴れるでしょう

インプット部 0.022μ→ メタライズドポリエステル
-追記-
ここの値をその後0.047に変更 sd-1相当の値 音はコンプ感が若干減りレンジが広がった感じ ただマーシャル系アンプをブーストするのに 不必要な帯域も乗るかもしれないので 改造は任意でよろしくメカドック（古っ）
増幅部 500ka→1Ma アルファ製 0.047μ→メタライズドポリエステル 1μ/50v無極性→ニチコン製
トーン部 20kb→25kc アルファ製 100kb→アルファ製 1μ/50v無極性→ ニチコン製
アウトプット部 470→100金属皮膜 10μ→スプラグの耐圧50v 100k→10k金属皮膜
インジケーターランプ ストック→LED ブルー化
バイパス側のカップリングコンとアウトプットバッファーのハイパスに 0.1μの積層セラミックがついてたけど変えなかった
○やってないけど使えそうなMOD INPUTのトランジスタをストックからクライベイビーワウで使われているMPSA18というトランジスタに変更してやるとノイズが軽減するらしい

ー そのOD-808からOD-9へモデルチェンジをした際、内部の回路の定数が2箇所だけ変わっています。 それが世界中で様々な憶測を呼んでいるわけですが、なぜ、そのような変更を施したのでしょうか？
TS：出力部分のバッファーにトランジスタのエミッターフォロワという回路を使っているんですが、 OD-808ではそのトランジスタに付いている抵抗が10KΩなんですね。 それが一般的には低過ぎるということで、10倍にした100KΩに変更しました。 また、静電気などに対する保護の目的で入っている100Ωをより効果的な470Ωに替えています。
ー その当時、静電気対策は必要なことだったのでしょうか？
TS：松本って内陸性の気候だから、それなりには空気が乾いてるんですよ。 だけど、アメリカの方がもっと空気が乾いていて、静電気が起きやすかったんですね。 今と違って、床に敷く絨毯も帯電防止のものは少なかったですし。 その静電気でアメリカに出荷したエフェクターが壊れることがあったんですよ。 そういった静電破壊が起きる場合、入力か出力か電源が壊れるんですよ。 でも、電源は結構強い。そうなると入力か出力ですが、それが先ほど申し上げた部分です。

Day 495: Almost Real! Hey! Check it out- I got FL working on my old computer! It doesn’t have anywhere near the samples, plugins, or features I’m used to with 11, but it works for making songs! This is another very simple song that is entirely around a 1 5 4 chord progression, which- despite its simplicity and overuse- still sounds good to me. The main bloopy riff is actually 808 samples, which (from this particular plugin at least) are loosely in G, so the rest of the song is therefore in G. Gut shot! Special recipe TS808 with built-in fat mod (among other tweaks), switchable red or yellow LED clippers. Wonderful rendering of the classic tube screamer circuit, built on the old BYOC tube screamer board - an excellent platform for building the perfect overdrive pedal.
