.......Corona madness be having me like go down to mi usual socially social distant place in the forrest for my one a day outddor exercise and be at one with nature and mi thoughts....and as always get mi feet wet before I go home😁😁. So this time same route but different part of the river and also remember the last time I came I busted up mi bartape on the bollards that I always come through without drama....... well..... came through today with albeit new bartape ( couldn't stand the sight of gaffer taped up bodge 😁😁) and no drama. It was @markentwisle ‘s last watercolour workshop yesterday. I’m hoping he’ll be back to do another course in the new year, I really enjoyed the challenge of portraits! It’s not my strength so I found it difficult but I like to push myself and I’m a bit of a perfectionist! Try, try again. So I saw this on a few articles about prepping for handstands for beginners. I’m just trying to get used to how it feels to be upside down, but this exercise I saw was a #handstand walk using the wall so you know I had to give it a go. Lol.
